Keeping Technology Simple
How do we keep technology simple? It’s well, simple. Leet Solutions works off a basic formula that we execute with every client interaction. More often than not, the resolutions some “techies” provide customers can often lead to even more technostress . Our goal at Leet Solutions is to avoid that. With years of listening to different cases of technostress in all types of environments, I understand the importance of speaking to people in a way that makes sense to them. My personality and passion for helping people with technology is transparent within Leet Solutions. That’s why; if you want to have a great experience with technology and learn along the way all while having a fun time doing so, then Leet Solutions is the solution for you!
Part of what I believe in is educating my customers, showing them that technology can be your friend.

My Story
Technology is my life. I always knew that growing up. I remember taking apart different types of broken "technology" as a kid and rebuilding them trying to get one more moment of life out of them. The story remains true to this day. I enjoy problem solving and finding solutions to problems that others are about ready to run away from. Technostress as I call it can come from a variety of things and sometimes it just takes a few extra eyes and an outsider’s view to pin point issues and to clear the path of frustration.
I started my career in technology at a large electronics retailer where I was involved in learning the basics of troubleshooting and customer service. From there I went on to open a high end boutique in Chicago. This was an amazing experience for me, not only for technological reasons, but it was great to learn the ins and outs of opening and running a small business from start to finish. This is where my interest in evolving technology really took off. The boutique focused on selling high end electronics sold only in Japan and not yet released in the United States an emporium of sorts focusing on exclusive Japanese technology. Let’s just say we were selling tablet computers before there was a color screen on your iPod and a click wheel was still considered a good idea.
After several more years in the retail service management role I decided to move into a corporate sales role position. It's in this role where I found my love for project planning and business strategy. I worked with companies of various sizes, ranging from less than 10 employees to over 100,000. While doing so I built great relationships with reps and vendors from the largest IT companies out there. The type of work varied from large scale server roll outs, data center overhauls, to mobile device management and everything big and small in between. After working all these different types of projects one thing became very clear to me. There is one thing that brings people and companies large and small together; we all experience our own type of technostress.
Technology can be frustrating at times. We all need the ability to reach out to someone for help in time of technostress. No matter what the problem at hand is, with the proper vision anything can happen, that's why I started Leet Solutions. To be able to share my love for technology and my eagerness to help solve your worst technology moments, relieving as much technostress that I can so you are able to relax and enjoy the journey that technology has taken us on thus far. Part of what I believe in is educating my customers, showing them that technology can be your friend. Looking forward to see where technology takes us in the next few years. It'll be frustrating and challenging for sure, but with the right people, in the right place at the right time we may have a shot at figuring it all out.
